Creating a Culture of Personalized Wellness
Chilly GOAT launched a creator-led campaign to transform the perception of cold therapy from an elite performance tool to an accessible lifestyle investment. Viral Nation transformed the brand’s social presence to position Chilly GOAT as a supportive, bold voice rooted in holistic wellness. At the heart of the strategy was a commitment to self-care on your own terms.
The campaign delivered platform-native content (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) that combined edutainment, aspiration, and authenticity. 18 Creators from a variety of backgrounds including fitness pros, outdoor adventurers and lifestyle tastemakers shared how cold therapy supported not just physical recovery, but mental toughness and resilience in everyday life.
Our community first approach helped to scale platform engagement across the company’s social platforms while educating new followers on the benefits of cold tub ownership. The Viral Nation team ensured a steady drumbeat of authentic, story-driven content designed to spark conversation, invite interaction, and build trust.
