Wish Suite Night
WISH X LAKERS
Viral Nation was presented with a challenge to improve brand sentiment for client Wish through a creative influencer activation.
Seeing the Lakers Suite Night as an opportunity to combine hospitality and social media, we activated 15 influencers to attend the Lakers Suite Night and enjoy a night of fun and competition and exclusive access to the Staples Center.

The Goal
- Build on brand positioning and trust to improve brand sentiment
- Drive massive awareness for Wish and use their connection to the Lakers to increase brand affinity
- Generate 2,000,000 social media interactions
The Strategy
- Send influencers a care package from Wish and the Lakers to be used for pre-promotion content with an invitation to the game
- Arrange activities and create an environment which invites content creation
- Produce a promotional video of the entire activation to be distributed by Wish for their own marketing initiatives
Through partnering with Wish we were able to optimize the Lakers resources to a new wave of stakeholders, our influencers, that acted as leverage for both brands. The experience truly was one of a kind and it was great to see influencers partake in something they truly loved.
